Vulnerability and leadership are symbiotic friends.
I am not saying that we should be crying in the office. When finance leaders share how they feel, their teams are more willing to open up and share what they are feeling, thinking and experiencing.
It does require us to be more courageous though and embrace that feeling of being outside our comfort zone.
