My vision is to create a collective of responsible leaders, responsible organisations and societal endeavours who promote and live the 17 UN Sustainable Development goals. They are all committed to driving authenticity, transformational change and social entrepreneurship as an alternative to pure capitalism. The individuals and organisations work a percentage (‘%’) of their time for profit and a % not for profit. (% may vary based on stage of career/organisational development). Social responsibility becomes embedded in the DNA of the organisation and every single process and is represented by how the individual lives.
